Firstly, we have experienced Project Managers who will carry out full site surveys and risk assessments and also provide method statements prior to project commencement which comply with the current Health and Safety legislation. For each project we can assign a Project Manager and an Account Manager to provide both non-technical and technical updates throughout.
Secondly, AssistTec are committed to offering a safe and ensured working environment for our teams of technical engineers that presents reassurance and peace of mind for our customers whilst working on site. Testament to this is that all our staff are datacomms trade card holders and all have passed the ECA Health & Safety Test. We also have IPAF qualified personnel.
Last but not least, we pride ourselves on our flexible approach so that if required we can meet project deadlines by working outside normal office hours and also at weekends working closely with our customers to ensure that any work we do will minimise downtime.
